Job Description
• Provide services in Civil, Architect and Technical Office engineering.
• Responsible for entire project cycle to include quality Survey, quality Control, time planning, and project completion.
1. Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: calculation, and life cycle cost and equipment selection.
2. Conduct surveys to gather field data.
3. Prepare and interpret blueprints, working drawings, and layouts.
4. Prepare technical construction specifications.
5. Prepare reports required by Project Manager
6. Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules.
7. Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details.
8. Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.
9. Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams.
10. Follow up Subcontractor's progress.
11. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local building codes and safety laws.
• Work requires advanced math skills, and the ability to understand "abstract" principles behind math and physics.
• Working knowledge of CAD tools, Auto Cad 2D & 3D – Adobe Photoshop and good command of MS office Package & Internet
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Ten to Twelve years of engineering experience in the same field or related.
• Requires registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Experience in five stars Hotels; development and finishing.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
