• Manage claims payments and decision for all lines of business; Life, Medical and personal accident for Individual, Group and Credit Life Business.
• Provide Individual and Group Underwriting departments with the needed advices on medical files.
• Work closely with our TPA company; review performance, audit their work, and test the medical providers' network
• Participate in new products development, particularly Group Medical, as per local market practice / demand based on company business strategies.
• Participate in group client relations especially for cases that need medical support.
