Job Description
1 Perform administrative & organizational concerns of the managing director, schedules his meetings & maintains his appointment calendar
2. Provide general support to the Managing Director in the project coordination & Management follow up.
3. Support at the planning & administrations of the investment budget
4. Translation of documents, correspondents & contracts to/from MD English to Arabic & vice verse
5. Coordinate & organize the schedule of the international visitors to the MD
6. Handle customers complaints to MD in a professional manner with high standards of customer orientation, follow it with the concerned parties & assure it is closed
7.Classic administrative work "correspondents, scheduling appointments minutes of meetings , expense reports"
8. Control the implementation of the branding guidelines
9. Consolidate & analyze info of the competition of the client & of the market
