-Issuance of Training cards as per qualifications
-Follow up on trainings of drivers and updating records
-Driver shift management:
-Develop a driver shift scheme
-Apply AL road safety standards for drivers shifts
-Ensure no violation with working hours
- Develop a drug test plan
- Prepare random drug test for selective drivers
- Obtain results and report them to fleet manager
- Maintenance Opex. Control;
- Record all expenditures
-Develop a monthly analysis report for Opex per maintenance item
-Handling of tires requisitions
-Truck / RT license:
-Monitoring the licenses of all RT and cylinder trucks
-Send notifications for planners and services department for the renewal of licenses.
-Update the licensing documents accordingly
