Job Description
• Set up objectives and goals, and a plan of action about how to achieve them.
• Responsible for a particular geographical area and has to make sure that the sales teams working there are meeting the target numbers.
• He must be in touch with customers and also build new relations with potential customers.
• He should be able to identify potential customers and their needs and expand his base by bringing in new customers.
• He has to set a budget and ensure that all the work takes place without exceeding the budget.
• Completing all visits reports and ensure these are logged on company database.
• Responsible for the appraisal of sales representatives & their training.
• He has to follow market and customer information and on future buying trends.
• Creating training and development programs for sales representatives.
• Maximizing work relationships with key persons in governmental hospitals.
