Job Description
Insure that all customer orders are in place Maximum 48 Hours
Follow up trucks availability based on orders
Manage dispatch priority according to order date and available trucks.
Schedule shipment date with the clients in case of Ex-work.
Monitor the quantity and quality of loaded truck before leaving the plant.
Monitor delivery trucks and make sure that its delivered in the right time to the right clients.
Calculate the loading time from the time the truck arrive to the plant till its departure.
Execute and monitor the transferred quantity between plants based on the monthly plan.
Daily internal stock control In, Out and Balance.
Calculate damage product in warehouses
Issue all necessary documents to truck drivers.
Execute the monthly dispatch plan.
Daily report to management as defined.
Execute orders on Axapta on a daily basis.
Report problems and complains on the spot.
Responsible to maintain, enhance and increase CSI.
