Administration of all sales quotation and proposals for potential clients

CSF web site listing for qualified units and the process of certificates of achievement for clients complying with the E-Cristal standards in liaison with the Director of operation and CSF UK.
Responsible for seeking the recruitment of new personnel and administering job interviews and appraisals for staff.
The creation and maintenance of job contracts and administering the employers files.
Liaising with the finance department for matters related to human resources namely, social insurance and medical insurance policies for personnel.
Weekly reports of sales prospects and contracts made directly to the Managing director.
Administrating the internal/external training for personnel as and when necessary.
