Must have interior design or fine arts Ph degree
2)Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.
Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination with the latest trends.
3) Must have experience in managing a team of designers (3-7) members.
4)Must have fluent english language (written and spoken).
5)Must have very good computer skills (Windows / Mac ) in design.
