Job Description
- Supervise a group of research staff to deliver small to medium scale projects that meet customer satisfaction
- Support and drive revenue generation and profitability
- Monitor research progress and direct all stakeholders to complete assigned projects based on customer’s requirement
- Estimate and plan project cost and resources to ensure projects are delivered within budgets and schedule
- Prepare proposal, design survey questionnaire, draft report and presentation independently
- Build relationship with clients and identify business opportunities
- Coach, train and provide guidance to team members
