Job Description
• Warranty administration
• Coordinates product failure investigation, raises reports through final program, follow-up, and replies to Dealers
• Campaign completion activities for Africa
• Provides technical assistance for African dealers and fleet owners
• Customer assistance and replay reports to customer request for assistance cases
• Recommends service promotion programs
• Upgrades service techniques and methods to mach the technology update
Recommends training for dealer personnel
