Job Description
• Detail Planning of distribution of Finished Goods to Branches and direct Project sales.
• Monitor daily Sales and depot & plant level stocks and sales; ensure availability of stocks at all the depots and Service levels of 90% plus.
• Studying sales trends, ABC classification, SKU movement across all the depots and inventory levels, ageing of material etc.
• Daily Coordination with Factory Planner, Factory OPDs and OPD at Depots/Branches and Sales (Area Managers and Regional Sales Managers).
•Negotiating with the transporters and carriers for preferential rates and services;
