Job Description
• Plan and carries out policies relating to all phases of human resources activities.
• Recruit interviews and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Keep of insurance coverage pension plan and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
• Conduct wages survey within labor market to determine competitive wages rate.
Direct and application of techniques of job analysis, descriptions evaluations and grading
