- Plan marketing policies and implementation .
- Plan sales policies, planning and actions inside Egypt.
- Participate, organize, follow implementation and daily, weekly sales activities.
- Organize, participate in weekly removal surveys (estimation for moves of clients sold locally or received by agents abroad).
- Make sure sales statistics concerning volumes achieved and comparison periodically (monthly, quarterly and yearly).
- Manage coordination with various company departments.
- Maintain (directly & through department structure) permanent contact with co client & evaluation of relation.
- Organize all feedback, evaluation, statistics forms, documentation, including gives every lists.
- P.R. activity whenever exists.
- Assure overall local growth in conformity with budgets.
- Company activities covered:
Removal-storage-part of cargo (received for regular customer). Tax free sales as agent of P.J.C.
- Be part of management team (sales and marketing) and directly with company central management.
- From a strong sales and marketing department.
