Job Description
1-study all tender documents
2- Prepare a project brief using forms
3- Ensure requested offers from suppliers / subcontractors
4- Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with the formats
5- Attend tender site visit and prepare report
6- a comparative analysis between these offers
7- State any deviation from specifications
8- Decide which subcontractor is most reliable
9- Decide discounts obtained from the subcontractor
10- For works executed on site especially reinforced concrete, block work, plastering & miscellaneous wet trades prepare built up rates
11- define and establish over all construction strategy, as subcontracting plan , execution plan.
