i.Sales coordinator & secretary
1.Coordinate with sales staff for sales orders, delivery, and collection.
2.Coordinate with factory stores and logistic manager for orders and delivery and stock inventory.
3.Prepare daily sales and collection reports.
4.Prepare periodical update sales reports of achievement versus target to all sales channels
5.Communicate with management team regularly.
6.Forecast and project future sales for a business unit by reviewing past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
7.Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively.
8.Examine monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual sales data to revenue projections and expectation.
9.Collecting and analyzing data from sales reports.
10.Evaluating and predicting sales trends.
ii.Document Control
•Independently performs day-to-day Document Control activities.
•Process document control forms and SOPs, review for correctness and completeness.
•Monitor and update in-process documents.
•Follow document control and ISO procedures.
iii. General Secretary Tasks:
•Handling offer, appointment, incoming and outgoing call, filling system, customer data base.
