Job Description
- Following daily engineering objectives according to projects schedule
- Feasibility study of new products & solving technical constraints.
- Maintain industrial operations of the projects with optimum parameters
- Continuous improvement to meet the customer's requirements
- Prepare the production files to meet the customers’ requirements. (Design, bill of material, process sheets.
- Helping and coaching young engineers to achieve their goals
- maintaining motivation and friendly atmosphere among the engineering dept. specifically and the company in general
- Support and maintain the company’s policies among the dept.
- Helping and coaching operators, leaders to achieve their goals.
- Follow manufacturing of new products & prototypes
- Enforcing and implementing the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management
- Defining the critical dimensions on the drawings.
- Creating quality control documents for each process.
- Improve the performance of quality control checking.
- Helping and coaching controllers & participate to the definition of final control documents.
- Lead 5S & Best practices in the all factory (audits, training, ...)
- Study Lean Manufacturing tools to enhance his background
- Define & implement the right tool & process according to each situation
- Working instructions (painting cards, bending sheets, welding instructions...)
