Job Description
- Receive the recruitment needs from the head departments for the WC after the validation of the HR Manager & MD.
- Start sourcing to fulfil the needs from the various channels (data base, linkden, recruiting agencies, employment fairs, head hunting, connections, universities…)
- Prepare a pool of qualified candidates after the fulfillment of the screening phase with the head of Department.
- Finalization of the recruitment process, job offering, back ground checks …
- Send on weekly basis the status for WC hiring.
BC:
- Lead the monthly BC recruitment meeting
- Make the daily interviews for the BC in accordance to the given criteria.
- Send on weekly basis the updated BC recruitment status.
- Identifying training needs, by the support of the Head of Department and in accordance to the company target.
- Translate requirements into trainings that will support both the company and Employee for the next step in their career path.
- Monitor their Training result.
- Fulfil the training requirements in accordance to the ISO Procedures.
- Follow up the compliance training for all new comers as well as the renewal every 3 years in accordance to the corporate rules.
- Preparing the monthly reporting to corporate.
- Prepare the monthly Compliance training file.
- Welcome the new comers.
- Lead the HR Orientation process.
- Prepare the New comers dinner.
- Follow the progress and involvement of the new comers
- Prepare the work flow for each Department
- Update the employees Job Descriptions in accordance with the support of the Head of Department
- Work on the successions planning specially for the critical jobs.
- Work closely with head of department to support them in the performance evaluation process.
