Job Description
Responsible for carrying out weekly internal audits and verification methods, as well as data and documentation control of a HACCP based system, coordinate all external and on the job training projects and ensuring that all Health and Hygiene plan procedures are validated in coordination with the external consultants. Ensuring that all necessary Health and Hygiene standards and practices are being followed and implemented.
