-RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved on time
• Ensuring all services/items are invoiced and paid as per existing contracts (supplies, office leases)
• Perform government related activities / documentation support if needed.
• Point of contact for office vendors, service providers, as well as mailing, shipping
• Ensure data security, integrity, and confidentiality
• Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
• New joiners introduction, assuring workspace is organized for new employees (Contact IT for emails + access cards + stationery)
• Coordinate with executives and guests for general support such as personal requests

• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
• Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
• Knowledge of business and management principles
