Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and maintain a solid network of clients.
- Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare detailed reports and sales forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience in advertising, marketing, or digital media agencies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and ambitious attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
