● Generate new leads for potential clients via email ,phone meetings.•Creating source and develop a pool of qualified candidates •Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and test •Post openings in different places and advertisements, with professional organizations and in other positions appropriate venues. •Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates •Review resumes credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. • Conduct Initial phone interviews with complete , accurate ,and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. • Interview the candidates using the ZOOM Application method based on Competencies Based Interview.•Confirm the final interview date and time and follow up with the candidates. •Calibrating the interviews with the client. |
