Job Description
Manage international customers, distributors, and key accounts.
Handle export inquiries, quotations, PIs, orders, and customer follow-ups.
Follow orders from confirmation through production, shipment, and delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, Customs, and Logistics teams.
Prepare and verify export and shipping documentation.
Follow up on shipments, ETD/ETA, delays, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, orders, and sales data.
Build strong relationships with international customers and identify new sales opportunities.
