Job Description
Urgent calls and WhatsApp messages acknowledged within 30 minutes during working hours; all other inquiries acknowledged the same working day.
Complete, current account files and action logs for 100% of assigned customers.
Customer, quotation, order, delivery, stock and invoice updates completed accurately on the same working day.
Quotation turnaround, follow-up discipline and quotation-to-order conversion against agreed targets.
Open orders, balances, risks and next actions kept current and reconciled with customer records.
Local delivery follow-up, customer acceptance and issue closure with strong on-time performance.
Monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts submitted on time with clear changes and variance commentary.
Overdue items escalated early and complaints tracked to documented closure.
Daily, weekly and monthly local-sales reports issued accurately and on time.
