🔨 Job Responsibilities:
Strong experience in project management, quality control, preparing extracts, and precise execution
Effective communication with clients, contractors, and consultants
Ability to solve problems and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Previous experience in Cairo-based projects and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (preferred)
Having a car is an advantage
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering
510 years of hands-on experience in site work and project execution
Solid understanding of finishing materials, execution standards, and site coordination
