Responsibilities
• Manage the GM's calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and events.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Act as a liaison between the GM and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
• Assist in tracking and managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and providing updates as required.
• Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and correspondence.
• Handle confidential information and sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Anticipate the GM's needs and provide proactive administrative support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to assist the GM in achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a similar field.
• Graduation from a language school.
• Excellent in English & French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. |
