Job Description
Monitor and supervise the security and guarding of company facilities and establish an anti-theft security system.
Implement governmental regulations and company policies.
Organize and monitor the movement of employees, workers, and company goods.
Take the necessary organizational decisions to coordinate work between the security department and other departments.
Train and develop the capabilities of subordinate security personnel.
Follow up on all permits and authorizations required for work operations.
Monitor the movement of company vehicles and ensure they are used safely and for company purposes.
Supervise the entry and exit of vehicles and internal/external goods.
Monitor the entry and exit of individuals.
Conduct regular inspections around the factory to ensure security and report any emergency incidents to the factory manager.
Follow up on any additional tasks assigned by the General Manager within the scope of authority.
Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety instructions according to company regulations.
Participate in identifying potential risks within the company.
Evaluate security staff and supervisors.
Participate in management review meetings and food safety team meetings or any committees assigned.
