• Supervise and manage the full recruitment cycle (manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination).
• Lead and guide the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are met.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Ensure job descriptions are updated, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
• Oversee candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job portals, and external vendors when needed.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and tools.
• Assist in onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Handle escalated recruitment issues and critical hiring needs. |
