Key Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external recruitment processes.
Prepare employee contracts and maintain personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave, and time tracking.
Prepare and review the monthly payroll.
Calculate end-of-service benefits and employee settlements.
Handle resignations and termination procedures.
Conduct investigations and apply disciplinary actions when needed.
Prepare official letters (warnings, salary certificates, job offers, etc.).
Manage employee medical insurance.
Handle government platforms and related processes.
Issue, renew residency permits, and manage employee transfers.
Ensure employee compliance with company policies.
Resolve employee issues and handle complaints.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR
