Job Description
ONE IN LUXOR AND ONE IN ASWAN
THE OTHER ONE IS ASSISTANT IN CAIRO
Receive and review emails from tour operators and travel organizers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded on the movement sheet.
Document all program updates and changes, and circulate the movement sheet on a weekly basis, in addition to sending daily updates when required.
Review emails in coordination with the Extranet system, and report any notes or discrepancies to the file owner for corrective action.
Review and verify flight details while recording files on the movement sheet, in close coordination with the Aviation/Flight Department.
Assign tour guides / group escorts to operational schedules according to programs and files, and continuously follow up on their performance.
Conduct field follow-ups and inspections to evaluate service quality, identify strengths and weaknesses of group escorts, provide guidance, and implement improvement actions.
Train and onboard new employees within the Operations Department, developing a qualified team of group escorts that supports continuous improvement and enhances the company’s reputation.
Prepare transportation booking orders and deliver them to the Transportation Department in coordination with the Deputy Operations Manager.
Conduct inspections of external transportation vehicles and submit observations and recommendations to improve service quality.
Monitor router consumption and allocate it efficiently across operational files.
Maintain continuous coordination and communication with all company departments and branches to ensure the highest level of service delivery to clients.
Bear full responsibility for the preparation, accuracy, and updates of the movement sheet, even when subject to routine reviews by the Operations Department.
Monitor and track all transportation schedules (flights, trains, etc. ) related to client files, update the movement sheet accordingly, and coordinate all changes with concerned parties (Tourism Department, group escorts, and others).
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Management in line with business needs.
