To go even further in our tailor-made travel approach, we are now developing our own local agencies in key destinations. This allows us to be even closer to the field and to our travelers, fully expressing our vision of authentic, human-centered, bespoke travel.
The Role :
As part of the launch of our Egypt Hub, we are looking for a Tailor-Made Travel Designer specializing in Egypt.
Based in Cairo, you will design, sell and orchestrate exceptional journeys for French-speaking travelers. You will imagine unique itineraries that reflect each client’s personality, desires and travel style, while showcasing the very best Egypt has to offer.
You have an in-depth knowledge of Egypt — its iconic sites, hidden places, logistical realities and cultural nuances. You understand the codes of tailor-made travel, know how to listen carefully, and how to propose those small details that turn a good trip into a truly memorable one.
From the first contact to the traveler’s return, you manage the entire client journey. You conduct in-depth phone conversations to understand expectations, pace and budget, then create detailed, personalized itineraries. You coordinate all elements of the trip — design, bookings and logistics — ensuring both operational excellence and a high-quality client relationship.
Profile & Requirements :
- Proven experience in tourism (tailor-made travel agency, DMC, tour operator, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Egypt is essential
- Strong sales mindset, with a taste for challenge and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- High level of autonomy, organization and attention to detail
- Native or fluent French required
- Good English required for local operations
